Refund and Returns Policy

At Swadhit, we deal in perishable food products (spices). Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, all sales are final. We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed and delivered.


Mandatory Proof for Claims

To be eligible for any replacement or refund, customers must record a clear, continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

  • The video must clearly show:
    • The unopened package with label visible
    • The full unboxing process without cuts or edits
    • The issue (damage, wrong item, missing product)

Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

In case you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Submit:
    • Unboxing video proof
    • Order details
    • Supporting images (if required)

All claims are subject to internal verification. Swadhit reserves the sole right to approve or reject any claim based on the evidence provided.


Resolution Policy

If the claim is approved:

  • We may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Non-Eligible Cases

We will not entertain claims in the following situations:

  • No unboxing video provided
  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Normal variations in color, aroma, or texture (natural in spice products)
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
